How we handle your information

Ramirez Financial collects only what we need to schedule sessions and coach you. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the services listed below that help us run the business.

What we collect

• The contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the topics you check and your message.
• Booking: your name, contact details and the appointment you choose.
• The intake form (for coaching clients): your contact details, household basics, goals, and estimates of your income, monthly spending, debts and savings. Rough numbers are fine, and you can skip any question.

How we use it

Only to schedule and run your coaching sessions and to follow up with you. Your intake answers are used to build your budget plan and are kept in our business files, not shared or sold.

Where it goes

• Square keeps our client list, appointments and payments. Booking and paying happen on Square's secure pages.
• Microsoft 365 runs the online intake form and stores our business files.
• Zoom hosts video sessions.
• Cloudflare hosts this website, checks forms for spam and passes contact form messages to Square.

What we never ask for online

Account numbers, card numbers or Social Security numbers. Please don't send them by email, text or this website.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, update or delete the information we have about you. Call or text 720-837-2035, or use the contact form.
